Wednesday 28 March: LUISS Economics Society workshop on the Labor market in Italy
The 1st workshop organized by LUISS Economics Society (LES) focused on issues related to the LABOR MARKET IN ITALY will be held on Wednesday 28 March at 16.00 in Room 305B of LUISS Viale Romania. All MOSEC, MES, Financial Economics, Economics and Finance, and Law and Economics students are invited, as well as all of those who nurture an active interest on the topic. LUISS Economics Society
We are happy to present an initiative created by several MOSEC students: LUISS Economics Society (LES). The goal of the project is to create opportunities for students of all faculties to participate in debates in which economists, professors and practitioners will meet to compare thoughts and opinions on selected issues regarding the Italian economy. Through a series of events (workshops, seminars, conferences) organized by LES, students will have the opportunity to learn about and discuss the ongoing challenges faced by the Italian economy. The interaction between professionals, both with academic and business-related backgrounds, will guarantee a stimulating debate on the most central issues of the moment. The Advanced Macroeconomics Practice of Wednesday 7 March (9.00-10.30) has been cancelled and postponed to Wednesday 21 March (10.45-12.15).
27 February 2012: 2nd semester courses begin
On Monday, 27 February 2012, 2nd semester courses begin. The 2nd semester calendar and the 2nd semester midterm exam dates have been published online.

The second grade registration date has been rescheduled to Thursday, 23 February 2012 at 15.00 in room 305B.

The Econometric Theory exam has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 7 February 2012 from 14.00 – 17.00 in room 305B.

Due to bad weather, on Monday 6 February LUISS will be closed. The Econometric Theory exam and the 1st grade registration will be rescheduled.

The Mathematical Methods for Economics Practice class with Prof. Guizzi will start on Thursday 17 November (and not on Thursday 10 November), as specified on the schedule.
9 November 2011: Mathematical Methods for Economics in Room 202
The Mathematical Methods for Economics class with Prof. Gozzi (9.00-10.30) will be held, only on Wednesday 9 November, in room 202 instead of room 305B.
4 November 2011: Additional Econometric Theory Practice class
There will be an additional Econometric Theory Practice class on Friday 4 November from 15.00 – 16.30 in room 305B.
31 October 2011: Macroeconomic Analysis midterm exam postponed
On October 31st LUISS will be closed. For this reason, Prof. Reichlin’s Macroeconomic Analysis midterm exam has been postponed to Friday 11 November (9.00 – 10.30) in Room 305B. The updated midterm exam calendar is available at the following link.
