LUISS offers a unique opportunity for students who want to acquire a deep understanding of the field of Economics. Students can choose one of the following two paths of study, which are entirely held in English:
- Master of Science in Economics (MOSEC): a one-year specializing program providing rigorous training in economics. Upon successful completion of the Course, students are granted 60 ECTS credits. Applicants interested in this option should continue reading the details on the website.

Objectives
Students graduated from MOSEC have been admitted to the best and most prestigious Ph.D. programs in Economics in the world. The Master of Science in Economics provides a rigorous and challenging training through courses in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Econometrics. Students will acquire a deep understanding of the field and will be prepared for successful professional or academic careers.
Target students
Successful applicants will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an excellent academic record. Applicants will have a strong quantitative and economics background. Necessary condition for admission is a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related disciplines (Business, Engineering, Law, Mathematics, Physics, Politics or Statistics).
